Early Help and Prevention partnership at North Norfolk District Council coordinating support for adults 18+ across North Norfolk.
The North Norfolk Help Hub is the Early Help and Prevention Team at North Norfolk District Council. They support residents aged 18 and over with abuse and exploitation including domestic abuse, benefits and money worries, employment and learning, housing conditions and home adaptations, mental wellbeing, isolation, substance misuse and carer issues.
