Free drug and alcohol recovery service across five North Yorkshire hubs offering treatment, group therapy and harm reduction.
North Yorkshire Horizons is the integrated substance misuse and alcohol recovery service for North Yorkshire, delivered by Waythrough with Changing Lives and Spectrum CIC on behalf of the council. Five community hubs across the county offer structured one-to-one support, group therapy, health screenings, blood testing, vaccinations and harm reduction. Family members are also supported. The free service includes clinical and community asset teams creating tailored recovery plans, accessible by walk-in, phone or online referral.
