County-wide charity supporting unpaid carers of all ages with information, advice, support groups and respite.
Northamptonshire Carers is the lead charity for unpaid carers across the county. They provide information and advice, signposting, a Carers Card, support groups and cafes, a support line, statutory carers assessments, crisis planning, bereavement support, a sitting service, benefits help and Community Companions. They also run dedicated Young Carers services for ages 5 to 18, Parent Carers support, and a Kettering General Hospital service for older patients. Self-referral welcome.
