Chatham-based creative charity running free and low-cost mental wellbeing groups across Medway.
Nucleus Arts uses art and creativity to improve wellbeing and bring people together. They deliver around 10,000-12,000 free and low-cost mental health creative sessions a year across 13 regular groups, for ages 0-4 right up to older adults. The main centre is in Chatham, with locations also in Rochester and Maidstone.
