OCD Action is the UK charity for people affected by obsessive compulsive disorder, body dysmorphic disorder and related conditions. The helpline runs Monday to Friday 9.30am to 8pm, with volunteers returning messages within a few days, and is available to adults and young people in the UK plus their families and carers. Other support includes online peer forums, support groups, The Bridge programme for young people and families, an advocacy service and email support. General office number is 020 7253 5272.
