Free, confidential mental health and wellbeing service for young people aged 11-25 across Bristol and South Gloucestershire.
Off The Record is a youth-led mental health movement for 11-25 year olds across Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire. Based at 8-10 West Street in Old Market, OTR delivers drop-in hubs, one-to-one therapies, a Mental Health Support Team in schools and specialist projects such as Shameless on body image, Mind Aid, Creative Space and the Ardagh Youth Nature Project. Young people can self-refer at the website. Freephone enquiries on 0808 808 9120 are open Tuesdays to Thursdays 2-5pm.
