Free link worker service connecting Oldham residents to community groups, debt help, exercise and emotional support.
Oldham Social Prescribing is delivered by Action Together with Mind, Age UK, Positive Steps and Altogether Better. A dedicated Link Worker spends time understanding what matters to you and connects you to groups, activities and services that improve wellbeing. It supports people facing loneliness, anxiety, low mood, bereavement, retirement, parenthood, long-term conditions or money and housing worries. Anyone living in Oldham borough can self-refer by phone, email or online form, and a worker contacts you within two weeks.
