Op COURAGE East of England is the NHS veterans' mental health and wellbeing service for UK Armed Forces veterans, non-mobilised reservists and service leavers across Essex, Norfolk, Suffolk, Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire and Milton Keynes. EPUT leads the partnership with NSFT, St Andrew's Healthcare, Mental Health Matters, Walking With The Wounded and The Warrior Programme, providing specialist military-focused treatment and onward links to NHS Talking Therapies, employment, housing, finance and substance-misuse support. Veterans, family or any professional can self-refer on 0300 034 9991 (8am-8pm) or email Mevs.mhm@nhs.net.
