Open Door has supported people in Colchester since 1986 from Colchester Baptist Church on Eld Lane. The Drop-in Centre offers a welcoming cafe selling low-cost food and drink, a listening ear, and practical help with welfare, housing, crisis support and counselling. It works with Colchester Foodbank to distribute parcels Tue, Wed and Fri 11am-1pm, and Wednesday evenings 5-7pm focus on homeless support with Colchester Borough Homes.
