Open Mental Health is Somersets adult mental health alliance, combining the NHS, social care, Somerset Council and voluntary partners. Mindline Somerset is the 24/7 entry point on 0800 138 1692 or 01823 276 892, with a live web chat available daily 8pm-11pm. Once linked in, people can access wellbeing workers, peer mentoring, psychologists, occupational therapists, nurses and specialist services for older adults, young people, eating disorders and developmental trauma, plus the Crisis Safe Space as an out-of-hours alternative to A&E.
