Open Road's Clacton Centre delivers free drug and alcohol support across Tendring, including a drop-in needle exchange and open-access support by appointment. The service includes one-to-one keywork, group recovery, family support, criminal-justice liaison and the wider Open Road network. Self-referral by phone or in person is encouraged.

Eligibility: Adults aged 18+ in Tendring who use drugs or alcohol or whose family members do.
Area covered: Clacton
Not suitable for: Under-18s should use the Essex Young People's Drug and Alcohol Service rather than Open Road. The Clacton centre primarily covers Tendring; Colchester residents should use the Colchester centre.
