The Outset Centre at 2a Grange Road, Walthamstow E17 8AH is a Council-owned community youth facility run by Project Zero WF, open weekdays 9am to 5pm. Free activities for young people aged 11-16 include the Wednesday Youth Space 3.30 to 5.30pm with light refreshments.
