PANDAS Foundation supports parents and families affected by perinatal mental illness — antenatal and postnatal depression, anxiety and psychosis
PANDAS Foundation supports parents and families affected by perinatal mental illness, including mums, dads, partners and carers from conception through birth and beyond. WhatsApp support is open daily 8am to 10pm, plus a free telephone callback service, face-to-face peer support groups, online resources, workbooks and therapeutic courses. The charity reports supporting over 750 service users monthly through these channels. Open to anyone in the UK; for crisis support the website signposts Samaritans on 116 123 and 999.
