PARCA (Peterborough Asylum and Refugee Community Association, Charity 1152592) empowers refugees, asylum seekers and migrants in Greater Peterborough. Services include translation and form-filling, ESOL classes, employment support, youth and adult programmes and a free drop-in womens activity group on Wednesdays 12pm to 2pm with no registration. PARCA also operates as a UK Online Centre. The charity was recognised with a 2026 High Sheriff of Cambridgeshire Award.
