Specialist counselling for survivors of sexual violence and childhood sexual abuse.
PARCS is delivered by Family Action and provides free specialist counselling and psychotherapy in Portsmouth and South East Hampshire for people who have experienced sexual or domestic abuse, whether recent or historic. Support is offered to women, men and young people, alongside an Independent Sexual Violence Adviser service guiding survivors through the criminal justice process. The Portsmouth ISVA line is 023 9237 0166. Family Actions national support line is 0808 802 6666, Monday to Friday 9am to 7pm.
