Single point of access for non-clinical mental health support across West Sussex through an alliance of 11 partner organisations.
Pathfinder West Sussex is an alliance of mental health, homelessness and employment organisations including West Sussex Mind, BHT Sussex, Sussex Oakleaf and Stonepillow. The Help Point on 0300 303 5652 or helppoint@pathfinderwestsussex.org.uk is open Monday to Friday 10am to 4pm. Trained staff offer non-judgmental listening, wellbeing advice and referrals to mental health recovery workers and peer support workers for one-to-one help or groups. This is not a crisis line.

Who it's for
Who they help: Anyone feeling anxious, depressed or struggling to cope, including people with homelessness or employment needs.
Eligibility: Adults aged 18+ in West Sussex needing mental health and wellbeing support.
Area covered: West Sussex (countywide)
Not suitable for: Not a crisis service — people in immediate crisis should call 111 option 2 or the Samaritans.
