Peterborough Council for Voluntary Service (PCVS), established in 1980, is based at the Allia Future Business Centre, London Road, Peterborough PE2 8AN. It supports over 400 member charities, community groups, social enterprises and parish councils with training, funding advice, group payroll, networking forums and volunteering coordination.
