The Pepper Pot Centre is a charity in Ladbroke Grove, West London, founded in 1981 by Pansy Jeffrey for elder African, Caribbean and BME residents of Kensington and Chelsea. It serves active and disabled over-50s, offering low-cost lunches, a home meals service, recreational and leisure activities, information and advice on benefits and health, and a befriending service for those who are isolated. The centre received a royal visit on its 25th anniversary in 2006.
