Charity supporting Polish and Eastern European families in Merton and Wandsworth with health, advice and food.
The Polish Family Association was set up in 2007 to support Polish and Eastern European communities in Merton, and now also runs in Wandsworth. The weekly play group helps families understand and access health services in their language. They also run mental health and wellbeing programmes, educational programmes, EU settlement support and weekly fresh food boxes.
