CIC running short courses for unpaid carers in Cornwall on coping, stress and the caring role.
Promas CIC has run free courses and support for unpaid carers in Cornwall since 2011, serving hundreds of carers. Course topics include stress management, dementia and mental health awareness, pottery and art, digital literacy and contingency planning. Promas also offers social outings, mentoring and a telephone training service for carers who cannot leave the home, and partners with Kernow Health and Cornwall Council.
