Free, UK-wide live chat and video mentoring for LGBTQ+ young people, run by The Proud Trust.
Proud Connections is The Proud Trust's free digital support service for LGBTQ+ young people across the UK. It runs a live web chat (weekdays 11am-6pm, Saturdays 2pm-6pm) for support around identity, sexuality, mental health, school and family relationships, plus a video-call mentoring programme for ages 16-25. The Proud Trust also runs free in-person youth groups, but these are only open to young people who live in or spend time in Greater Manchester or Cheshire West and Chester.

Who it's for
Who they help: LGBTQ+ young people and the adults in their lives.
Eligibility: LGBTQ+ young people anywhere in the UK (live chat and mentoring); in-person youth groups only for those in or around Greater Manchester or Cheshire West and Chester.
Not suitable for: In-person youth groups are only available to young people who live in or spend time in Greater Manchester or Cheshire West and Chester — see the separate local Proud Trust youth group listings for those areas. Live chat and mentoring have no area restriction.
