RAMA is a Colchester-based charity that supports refugees, asylum seekers and migrants from over 117 countries. The team holds IAA Level 2 accreditation for immigration advice and offers casework, asylum support, benefits help with Universal Credit, PIP and Housing Benefit, GP registration, a job club, hate-crime reporting and the Pamoja Project for mental health. Staff and volunteers speak 11 languages. Awarded the Kings Award for Voluntary Service 2023.
