Reading Voluntary Action is the local infrastructure charity supporting voluntary, community and social enterprise organisations across Reading. The Social Prescribing team works with 12 GP practices across the Holybrook, Caversham and Central Reading PCNs plus Adult Social Care, taking referrals for anyone aged 16 and over, and uses the Joy app to signpost clients. RVA also matches volunteers to local opportunities and supports new groups. Call 0118 937 2273.
