Daytime community wellbeing hub and cafe in Norwich city centre run by Norfolk and Waveney Mind with NSFT and The Feed, open seven days a week.
REST stands for Recover, Eat, Support and Talk. The city-centre wellbeing hub is at Churchman House, 71 Bethel Street, Norwich NR2 1NR, with the hub open 10am to 5.30pm and the cafe 9.30am to 3.30pm, seven days a week. Run by Norfolk and Waveney Mind in partnership with the local NHS trust and social enterprise cafe The Feed, the space offers walk-in mental health support, peer support and warm meals, with no appointment needed.
