Principal charity of the Royal Navy supporting serving and former Naval Service personnel and families.
The Royal Navy and Royal Marines Charity (RNRMC) was founded in 2007 as the national charity of the Royal Navy. Based at Building 37, HMS Excellent, Whale Island, Portsmouth PO2 8ER, the team provides individual grants, family support, mental health funding and welfare grants to serving and veteran sailors, marines, reservists and their families. Working with Greenwich Hospital, RNRMC has distributed almost 30 million pounds in grants to over 30 frontline naval charities and receives more than 2,000 help requests a year.
