One-to-one support for unpaid carers in Rochdale borough with breaks, peer support, sitting-in and benefits guidance.
Run by n-compass on behalf of the council and Northern Care Alliance, Rochdale Carers Hub supports unpaid carers of any age. Carers can access one-to-one advice on their caring role, take breaks through hotel stays and activities, join peer support groups and use a short sitting-in service so they can attend appointments. A Carers Information Support Officer runs a fortnightly drop-in at Rochdale Infirmary, and the Hub also offers chat-line support.
