Culturally sensitive mental health charity for South Asian women across Bradford and Keighley.
Roshni Ghar is the only Keighley service offering culturally appropriate mental health and wellbeing support to South Asian women. Founded in 1999, they engage 300+ underrepresented BAME women affected by stigma, distress or social disadvantage. Services include 1:1 emotional support, group therapy, the Sahara self-referral counselling service, mens groups, young womens groups and acute mental health support. They cover Bradford and Keighley districts in Punjabi, Urdu and English.
