The Royal British Legion supports serving and ex-serving personnel and families via a free daily helpline, email and online chat.
The Royal British Legion is the UKs largest armed forces charity, supporting serving and ex-serving personnel and their families. The free RBL Helpline (0808 802 8080, open every day 8am-8pm) offers confidential support and information by phone, email and online chat covering anxiety, depression, stress, trauma and PTSD, loneliness, suicide prevention, dementia and welfare. Support starts after just one days service and extends to dependants.
