Carlisle-based charity offering free trauma-informed counselling, therapy and advocacy for survivors of rape, abuse and exploitation across Cumbria.
Safety Net is a Carlisle-based charity supporting people affected by rape, sexual exploitation, domestic abuse and childhood sexual abuse across Cumbria. Free, confidential one-to-one counselling, therapeutic groups and advocacy are available for adults and for children from age three upwards, along with their non-abusive parents and carers. Independent Sexual Violence Advisers (ISVAs) help survivors through the criminal justice process, and recovery groups support long-term healing.
