Southampton FC charity using football to deliver health, education and wellbeing programmes.
Saints Foundation is the official charity of Southampton FC. It runs a monthly Reminisce Cafe at St Marys Stadium for people with dementia and their carers, in partnership with Alzheimers Society and Sporting Memories, and over 140 staff at the club are trained Dementia Friends. Talking Tactics offers weekly mental health mentoring for young people aged 11 to 18 for up to six months, and the matchday Extra Time hub is part of the Premier Leagues Together Against Suicide campaign.
