Salvation Army Romford on the High Street RM1 1JJ is led by Captains Jo and Steve Allcock. Sunday Worship at 10.30am is followed by childrens and youth groups. The Community Pantry runs every Monday 1-3pm for Havering households (membership 5 to 8 pounds, Healthy Start cards accepted). Other weekly groups include Little Angels and Dance Tots parent-and-toddler sessions, a Friendship Club for over-60s on Thursdays, plus Brownies, Kidz Club and youth activities. The charity shop at 7-11 High Street is open Mon to Sat 10am-4pm.
