County sports partnership running health walks, walking sports, Walk YOUR Way and physical activity for all.

SASP is Somersets Active Partnership, working countywide with Sport England towards healthier and happier communities through physical activity. As well as running health walks and inclusive sport, programmes include Somerset Moves Lifestyle Medicine, the Beat the Street community challenge and a Coastal Place Partnership tackling inequalities in Bridgwater and along the Somerset coast. An online Activity Finder helps social prescribers and the public locate local programmes. Training, funding and safeguarding support is also offered to clubs and coaches.
