Scope is the disability equality charity for England and Wales, offering free, independent and impartial advice and information through its national helpline (0808 800 3333, Mon-Sat 8am-8pm). Information officers cover benefits, finance, social care, work, equipment, assistive technology, housing and home adaptations. Scope also runs an online community, employment programmes and a textphone service for deaf and hard-of-hearing callers.
