Second Step is a Bristol-based mental health charity that has worked across the South West for almost 40 years. Its three service streams are Homeless Services, Recovery and Mental Health (with NHS partners) and Community and Wellbeing. The Bristol Wellbeing College offers free courses for adults aged 18-plus, including creative writing and journaling, arts and crafts, anxiety management, confidence and resilience building, meditation and mindfulness.
