Free advice, emotional support and breaks for unpaid carers across Sefton.
Sefton Carers Centre supports unpaid carers across the borough with free advice and guidance, emotional and practical support, training and holistic therapies. The team runs a daily drop-in for information, a dedicated carers helpline, and partners with the council and NHS on carers assessments. Activities include support groups, complementary therapies and breaks. Both adult and young carers can access support.
