Self Injury Support helps girls, women and all-gender callers affected by self-harm via free helpline, text and email support.
Self Injury Support (operating as Sift) has delivered non-judgemental, trauma-informed self-harm support for 40 years. The free helpline 0808 800 8088 is open Mon and Thu 6-9pm (up to 30 minutes per call), with text support on 07537 432 444 Mon-Fri 6-9pm and email replies within a week. Thursday calls are answered by self-identifying women. Listening services support people of all ages and genders no referral required.
