Mental health and dementia services for Bromley residents from the local Mind charity.
South East London Mind (formerly BLG Mind) provides mental health and dementia services in Bromley from 5 Station Road, Orpington BR6 0RZ, Monday to Friday 9am-4pm (01689 811222). The Bromley Dementia Support Hub runs a weekly Memory Lane Cafe in person and on Zoom and a twice-monthly Wellbeing and Exercise Cafe of gentle exercise and socialising. Volunteer Dementia Befrienders help people live well at home. Other services include informal peer support groups, employment specialist work, suicide bereavement help and the Bromley Mental Health Hub at Beckenham Beacon.
