Free counselling, peer support and men's therapy groups for Greenwich residents living with mental ill health.
South East London Mind runs a wide range of free mental health services for Greenwich residents from The Forum community centre on Trafalgar Road, after a council-funded move from its 45-year base on Ormiston Road. Services include peer support groups, free counselling (including crisis and culturally-sensitive sessions), a Mens Therapy Group, Mindfulness and Hearing Voices groups, and IPS Employment Support. The branch is part of the Greenwich Mental Health Hub alongside Oxleas NHS and Bridge Support.

Eligibility: Open to adult Greenwich residents experiencing mental ill health.

Not suitable for: Most services are for people aged 18+ who live in the Royal Borough of Greenwich.
