Shaw Trust is a major UK charity supporting disabled people and those with health conditions or disadvantage. Last year it supported over 250,000 people across employment and skills (including Connect to Work and WorkWell), education and training, health and wellbeing, residential childrens homes, justice services and community programmes. The charity also runs charity shops and works with employers on inclusive workplaces. Eligibility for employment programmes is usually through Jobcentre Plus; participation is free.
