Support, advice and breaks for adult unpaid carers across Sheffield.
Sheffield Carers Centre supports adult unpaid carers looking after a relative or friend who cannot manage alone due to disability, illness or frailty. They run a Carer Advice Line with interpretation, Time for a Break grants, a Carer Card for discounts, a monthly free legal advice clinic, Community Connect telephone befriending, carers assessments, emergency planning and a weekly Friday Carer Cafe with peer support groups across the city.
