Welcoming weekly drop-in for refugees and asylum seekers to practise English and make friends.
Sheffield Conversation Club has run for over 20 years and offers a friendly, supportive space where asylum seekers and refugees can practise English, build friendships and feel part of a community. Weekly sessions are free and include informal Entry 1-2 ESOL classes, beginner tuition, one-to-one conversation, social activities and refreshments. The club is volunteer led with support from local people and university students.
