Hackney charity running wellbeing, food, employment and community connection programmes for people facing inequality.
Shoreditch Trust designs community health and wellbeing programmes in and around Hackney. The Wellbeing Network supports adults with complex mental health needs through cook and eat groups, walk and talk sessions and one to one coaching. Bump Buddies pairs pregnant women with trained local volunteer mentors. The Community Table runs weekly free meals and coffee mornings with peer and professional support, and Blue Marble Training helps 16 to 25 year olds into work. Based at 8 Orsman Road, N1 5QJ. Eligibility: People in Hackney and the City facing health, social or economic inequality.
