Local mental health charity running peer support groups, Calmer Cafes and 24/7 listening line across Shrewsbury, Ludlow, Church Stretton and Oswestry.
Shropshire Mental Health Support is an independent mental health charity that has served the county since 1974. As well as peer support groups, the Calmer Cafe and bereavement support, the charity runs a 24/7 telephone support line on 01743 368647, the SASH supported housing service for adults with long term mental health needs and a mobile Wellbeing Vehicle that tours the county. Sessions are based around the values of Listen, Understand and Engage.
