Sleepstation is an online NHS-funded 6-week cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) programme for adults with insomnia.
Sleepstation is a digital cognitive behavioural therapy programme for insomnia (CBT-i), NHS-commissioned for adults in selected areas. Patients self-refer at sleepstation.org.uk; if eligible, you receive a personalised 6-week programme combining a sleep diary, short written lessons and one-to-one online coaching from a sleep therapist. Around 10 minutes a day. Suitable for chronic or acute insomnia. NHS route: 0333 800 9404 or nhs@sleepstation.org.uk. Class I UKCA-marked medical device. Eligibility: Adults 18+ registered with a participating GP surgery in Basildon or Brentwood experiencing insomnia or persistent sleep problems

Not suitable for: Under-18s. People with suspected sleep apnoea, narcolepsy or other sleep disorders needing medical investigation should see their GP first.
