Specialist domestic abuse support in Camden including refuge, counselling and a service for women aged 55+.
Solace Womens Aid is Londons largest domestic abuse and sexual violence charity. In Camden it offers safe refuge, one-to-one counselling, group work and holistic therapies. The Silver Project supports women aged 55 and over, who research shows live with abuse far longer but are under-represented in services. Specialist Irish Traveller and Empower Albanian-speaking projects also run from Camden. The free Solace advice line and rape crisis helpline are open to women across London.
