Mental health charity for Southampton and Hampshire.
Solent Mind runs Hampshire-wide wellbeing centres in Southampton, Eastleigh, Fareham and Gosport, the New Forest, Portsmouth, Winchester and the Isle of Wight, supporting almost 1,300 people in 2024/25. Services include NHS Talking Therapies (italk), Community Peer Navigation, mental health employment support that helped 1,379 people last year and 24/7 crisis support that helped 443. A new countywide Dementia Support Service launches in July 2026.
