Solihull Carers Centre is the boroughs dedicated charity for unpaid carers. It offers one-to-one support, carer assessments, peer groups, counselling, training, emergency planning and activities for young carers. The team helps carers access benefits, breaks and respite. Self-referral by phone or online. Friendly staff and volunteers, many former carers themselves.
