Rethink-run peer mentoring for Somerset adults living with serious mental illness.
Somerset Peer Connections is delivered by Rethink Mental Illness as part of Open Mental Health. Trained volunteer peer mentors who have lived experience of mental illness offer free one-to-one support and community groups to adults aged 18 plus living in Somerset with diagnosed or undiagnosed conditions such as schizophrenia, psychosis, bipolar or personality disorder. The team is open daily on 0800 138 1692 or peerconnections@rethink.org. Self-referral, confidential and recovery focused.
