South Hams Council for Voluntary Service supporting volunteers, community groups and a transport scheme.
South Hams Community Action, based at Follaton House in Totnes, supports local voluntary groups across South Hams and West Devon and offers one-to-one help to residents around loneliness, isolation and mental health. The team provides buddy support, digital inclusion training, social prescribing community link workers and volunteer matching. They also run Devon Connect, a free directory of local groups and events. Meetings are by appointment. Call 01803 862266.
