Healthwatch Southampton is the independent champion gathering local views on NHS and social care, delivered as a project of Southampton Voluntary Services (charity 1068350). The team carries out Enter and View visits to care facilities, runs NHS complaints support, and signposts people to dentists, vaccinations and mental health services. Current campaigns include hospital travel guides, NHS dentistry availability and urgent care feedback. Residents can share experiences online or volunteer with the Strategic Group.
